36 weeks!

So I reached 36 weeks last Sunday, now I'm almost 37 weeks. Crazy. It's great to think this could happen at anytime, however, it's a bummer to think it could still be 5 or 6 weeks! Let's hope it doesn't happen that late :) I'm starting to get really uncomfortable. Work is a pain, so good thing i only have one week left. My hips and SI joint are really starting to feel weird, and the pain is making me waddle which is always attractive. Last week I woke up one morning and my hands were so achy. Turns out I have a little carpal tunnel. (which is another reason work is so much fun these days) And the exhaustion...uggh. but it's ok, it will all be worth it soon! I think we're almost ready - i just have to make an appointment to get the car seat put in and pack my bag for the hospital and then I think all systems are a go! I have to admit, the unknown is a little strange for me. Not knowing when it will happen, where it will happen, how long it will take, if it will go smoothly, etc. I'm not afraid of the actual delivery in terms of pain..what's the sense of worrying about that I guess..the baby has to come out so I know I just have to deal with it - but like I said, for someone who likes to plan, the unknown is scary! Exciting though at the same time :) Not sure if I've made any progress, hopefully he'll check at my next appt on Tuesday!
